We warmly invite you to a day at Moltkes Palæ on Monday the 31st of August, filled with competition, tastings, and celebration among colleagues.
Program of the Day
10:00 (Closed to the public) – Theory & Written Exam
Location: AOC
All DM competitors and entrance exam candidates will begin the day with a theory exam followed by a practical test, such as a blind tasting
12:00 Open Tasting at Moltkes Palæ
Doors open to all members with guests, students and colleagues!
Come taste wines and mingle with colleagues, sommeliers, producers, and sponsors
13:00 Welcome speech by Christian Aarø, President of DSF
13:05-13:25 First Falstaff Awards ceremony
This year we will host a special edition and include the Falstaff Nordics Sommelier Awards which will take place during the day.
We are delighted to welcome Falstaff Nordics and their partners to this exciting event in Copenhagen
14:25-14:50 Second Falstaff Awards ceremony
Falstaff will continue on distributing awards
15:00 Start DM Final on stage
Finalists will now compete on the stage, open for public to watch
18:00 Announcement of the Danish Sommelier Champion 2026
18:15 Aperitif for dinner

19:00 Dinner, 4-course menu
19:30 Third Falstaff Award ceremony
